Submission File

Each submission has to be UTF-8 encoding without a BOM. The submitted file should contain two columns, each with a header 'test_id' or 'count'. You need to predict the values under 'count'. You can use float numbers like 5.3 to indicate that the order count is a bit greater than 5 but less than 6. The submission file should look like this:

          test_id,count

          0,1

          1,5.3

          ....

Evaluation Metrics
