Oct 29th: Training set and validation set (without label) released.
Nov 28 (23: 59p.m UTC): Test set (without labels) released. Participants can submit their forecasting results.
Dec 1 (23: 59p.m UTC): Deadline of the competition, release the final leaderboard.
Dec 2: Top 10 teams will be asked to submit a document under 4 pages explaining how they arrived at the result (ACM publication style double column, in either English or Chinese).

1. The total cash prize is ￥160,000 (about $2,3021).
Gold Medal (1st Place): ￥60,000 (about $8,633).
Silver Medal (2nd and 3rd Place): ￥30,000 (about $4,316), each team.
Bronze Medal (4th to 7th Place): ￥10,000 (about $1,439), each team.
Please note that the exchange rate of CNY and USD will be based on the value on the paid day.
2. Other prizes:
(1) top 3 finalists: cash prize + certificate.
(2) top 3 teams will have up to ￥5,000 reimbursement for attending the awarding ceremony at Suzhou, China. The date is Dec 9, 2018.
