Oct 31, 2019: Competition starts, dataset releases, and submission opens.

Jan 12, 2020 (23:59 UTC Time): Phase I ends. Top 10 teams Top 30 teams will be invited to Phase II.
Jan 15, 2020 (15:59 UTC Time): Phase I ends. Top 30 teams will be invited to Phase II.
Jan 16, 2020: Phase II starts. Top 10 teams from Phase I can submit one model to the competition platform. The platform will not release the test set, instead, it will run the model on the test set to generate a score at the backend automatically. The size of the submitted models cannot exceed 5 GB 1 GB and at testing time must complete the computational process within 4 hours on a V100 * 2 plus 32GB memory device.
