1. The prediction results: participants submit the prediction results on the test set at any time during the competition. The submission file should be named as “results.txt” and each line consists of the author ID, and the citation number, separated by "\t".
2. Code and the report document: submit to Web Learning
Note: the end of each line in results.txt do not have extra space; results.txt does not include the header line; add a blank line at the end of results.txt ; use no BOM utf8 encoding.
Evaluation function: root mean squared error
scoring method:
performance on the test set: 80%
code and the report document: 20%
